今天我給大家演講的題目就是“養(yǎng)成有禮貌的好習(xí)慣”。

我們?yōu)槭裁匆B(yǎng)成禮貌的好習(xí)慣？因為禮貌是我們中華民族的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。在中國禮貌是十分重要的，就說古訓(xùn)吧就有許多。

比如說“君子不失色于人，不失口于人‘’，還有“禮到人心暖，無禮討人嫌”。可見我們中華民族的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)有多久了！

時至今日，我們的禮儀仍在使用，而且在我們的日常生活中無處不在。比如兩個人見面會說“您好”，問對方姓氏會說“貴姓”，請求別人幫忙會說“拜托”，麻煩別人會說“打擾了”，修改文章會說“斧正”，祝賀會說“恭喜”......像這樣的詞語還有很多很多。

（2）挑食害處多

吃飯時，大家肯定都會僅自己愛吃的菜大吃特吃，而“難吃”的菜呢？總是和它有一定的距離，盡量不要吃它，其實這是挑食。

我的一個好朋友，她是個典型的食客。她最不愛吃蔬菜了，就是媽媽炒得再香的蔬菜，她也不肯動一動筷子。她最喜歡的是物是麥當(dāng)勞。她還說漢堡堡里有生菜？

后來，她經(jīng)常嘴角流血，頭發(fā)也干了。最后，她不能專心上課，學(xué)習(xí)成績下降了。當(dāng)我去醫(yī)院檢查時，醫(yī)生說那是維生素極度缺乏。

看看這一幕幕：一個老農(nóng)用一根粗粗的繩子把一個七八歲大的孩子滑到深深的井底，為的只是一瓢一瓢舀上兩半桶略帶泥沙的飲用水。農(nóng)民在鍋里開水時，鍋的圓圈其實是白色的堿性沉淀物。

這樣的水他們已經(jīng)喝了很多年。再看這一幕：嘩嘩流水，為的是洗一塊毛巾。

很多這樣的行為經(jīng)常發(fā)生在我們身上。水的危險離我們不遠(yuǎn)。節(jié)約用水和保護環(huán)境是地球上每個人最基本的義務(wù)。

大家都知道“水是生命之源”，我們每個人都離不開水。

但你知道嗎，地球上淡水資源很少，只占地球總水量的2.7%，所以地球上的水非常稀缺。但是，盡管我們知道水資源是非常寶貴的，但我們?nèi)匀徊粩嗟乩速M水，例如洗手后不關(guān)水龍頭或倒出有用的水。

我們現(xiàn)在是不缺水，所以不懂得節(jié)約水，可你知道在那些極度缺水的地方，那些人民是怎樣度過的嗎？他們用早上洗過的水用來淘米燒飯，然后再接一些水，用來當(dāng)喝的水，等于他們每天只用一小盆水，大家知道這些個日子有多艱難嗎？如果我們不節(jié)約用水，地球上的水就會被我們浪費掉。

（6）儀表要大方

儀"是指人的”儀態(tài)”；”表”是指人的”外表”，”儀表”顧名思義，也就是指人的外表（包括容貌、姿態(tài)、風(fēng)度等，指好的）．”大方”指（言談、舉止）自然，不拘束．”儀表大方”意思就是人的外表、儀態(tài)要端莊大方．

有些同學(xué)在儀表的姿態(tài)、風(fēng)度方面，和大方的言談方面做得不夠好．上課發(fā)言，一定要流暢、大聲．聲音小的只有蚊子叫一樣，那你到底是說給46位同學(xué)聽還是自己聽??？不流暢，有的同學(xué)一個”因為”要說不下五遍，下文還接不上去，讓人聽著累．你說得也累，這種感覺會讓人受不了的！

也是上課發(fā)言方面，有些同學(xué)伶牙俐齒，大大方方，站有站相，而有些同學(xué)就結(jié)結(jié)巴巴，忸忸怩溺，站沒站相，首先讓人看了就不舒服．其次會讓人認(rèn)為他沒自信，不會有更多的耐心去聽，即使他的回答再精彩．所以，姿態(tài)也很重要！

風(fēng)度，是表現(xiàn)在各個細(xì)節(jié)方面的，比如說：春秋游中午吃飯時，別人碰倒了你的東西時，別人撞倒你時－－－吃飯時，你大方的呈上你的美味佳肴，與伙伴們分享；當(dāng)別人碰你的東西時，你可以把它們撿起來，而不是和別人爭論；當(dāng)有人擊倒你時，你會對他們微笑，告訴他們你很好，很寬容。如果你能做到的話，你就是一個有風(fēng)度的人

路似乎在我們腳下，但似乎別無選擇。人們的生活是由無數(shù)的選擇組成的，不同的選擇決定著不同的生活。我們的青春，在剛開始作出選擇時，也許不一定能明確知道自己追求的到底是什么，并不是一開始就知道哪些是自己需要的，自己到底能過什么樣的人生。

Well, when I’ve got this topic, I remember a holiday at once, that is the Children’s Day――the Children’s Day last year. Why? Because there is really something impressed me.
