上學(xué)期,由于自己的松懈,工作沒(méi)有取得理想的成績(jī)。本學(xué)期,我一定吸取教訓(xùn)、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),爭(zhēng)取從以下幾方面獲得提高:教學(xué)方面,我將認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備幼兒活動(dòng)所需材料;寫(xiě)好每一次教育活動(dòng)計(jì)劃;多學(xué)習(xí),把先進(jìn)的幼兒教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)運(yùn)用到自己的教學(xué)中;多反思,結(jié)合自己班幼兒情況實(shí)施收效好的教育方法;多到平行班級(jí)走走、看看、聽(tīng)聽(tīng)、取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,促進(jìn)幼兒發(fā)展;多和有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師交流,爭(zhēng)取獲得她們的指導(dǎo)、幫助。課題實(shí)踐中,細(xì)心記錄專(zhuān)家們的教育理念,認(rèn)真揣摩,多提問(wèn),使自己在教學(xué)工作中的疑惑得到有效指導(dǎo)并付諸實(shí)踐。生活中,熱情待人,友愛(ài)助人,謙虛為人,團(tuán)結(jié)向上,爭(zhēng)取和同事們成為朋友。特色教學(xué)中,細(xì)心分析幼兒情況,認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備教案、教具,提前將周計(jì)劃、教學(xué)活動(dòng)安排好,根據(jù)幼兒掌握情況實(shí)施作出調(diào)整,帶好這群活潑可愛(ài)的寶貝們,班務(wù)工作中,嚴(yán)格要求自己,以身作則地做好自己工作。
三、努力方向
有了目標(biāo),工作才不會(huì)迷失方向,才具有提高與發(fā)展的意義。所以,本學(xué)期我根據(jù)自己的情況制定了以下三個(gè)目標(biāo):
1、爭(zhēng)取成為幼兒園優(yōu)秀教師。
2、爭(zhēng)取把中二班建設(shè)成為幼兒園優(yōu)秀班集體。
3、踏實(shí)努力地做好本職工作,爭(zhēng)取向黨組織靠攏。力爭(zhēng)使本學(xué)期工作能圓滿(mǎn)結(jié)束。
四、出勤方面
讓我們班的出勤提高,要有一種新的體現(xiàn),我們要抓好教育教學(xué)、生活護(hù)理等,盡自己最大的能力與本班教師配合好,能夠讓各位家長(zhǎng)朋友進(jìn)行好好的在出勤方面配合我們的工作!
五、教學(xué)方面
抓住我們的主題活頁(yè)材料,本學(xué)期主要讓幼兒進(jìn)行小肌肉的鍛煉進(jìn)行書(shū)寫(xiě)、增加戶(hù)外活動(dòng)的體育鍛煉1來(lái)增加幼兒的免疫力!
