Now I will introduce myself briefly, I am 20 years old, born in shandong province ,east of china, and I am curruently a senior student at UPC of Information and Engineering Control. my major is Information and Signal Processing, and I will receive my master degree after my graduation in june. In the past 3 years,I spend most of my time on study and research, Ihave passed CET6 and I have acquired basic knowledge both in theory and in practice.

Through college life,I learn how to balance between study and entertainment. By the way,I has acted as class Mission secretary for two years and given the title of an excellent class leader. I had a few glorious memory on is my pride.

Sometimes I prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to classic music, but I am not lonely, I like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,I have lots of interest, such as films,travels,handwriting ,sports and so on. 依照《中華任命共和國合同法》及國家相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)和公司文件相關(guān)規(guī)定，遵循和平、自愿、和平和誠信的原則，甲、乙雙方就(工程)勞力施工承包事宜協(xié)商達(dá)成一致。訂立本合同。

1、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)一制定各項管理目標(biāo)，組織編制施工計劃、物質(zhì)需用量計劃表，實施對工程質(zhì)量、工期、安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工、計量檢測、實驗化驗的控制、監(jiān)督、檢查和驗收。

2、根據(jù)工程情況要求乙方增減施工人數(shù)，滿足施工生產(chǎn)需要。對施工質(zhì)量低劣、技術(shù)差、不服從指揮、有違法亂紀(jì)行為的人員予以清退。

3、及時提供由甲方供應(yīng)的施工機(jī)械設(shè)周轉(zhuǎn)材料。

4、按本合同約定，向乙方支付勞動報酬。

5、甲方提供水電氣等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備。

1.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行合同中對工程工期、質(zhì)量、安全的要求，調(diào)配甲方要求的相應(yīng)工種及工人數(shù)量，服從施工人員的安排，按規(guī)范進(jìn)行施工。

2.加強(qiáng)對工人的管理，教育工人遵紀(jì)守法，辦公流動人員務(wù)工的暫住證等相關(guān)手續(xù)。加強(qiáng)安全、防火、防盜意識。若施工期間發(fā)生安全事故傷害，乙方負(fù)擔(dān)全部損失和責(zé)任，與甲方無關(guān)。

3.甲方提供給乙方使用的周轉(zhuǎn)材料實行調(diào)撥制，根據(jù)工程計劃需要向乙方提供。

4.乙方就妥善保管、合理使用甲方提供的材料、設(shè)備(包括領(lǐng)用、保管、裝卸、退庫、辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)、按甲方指定的場內(nèi)地點(diǎn)歸類堆放);因保管和使用不善發(fā)生丟失、損壞、乙方應(yīng)按領(lǐng)用時的價格賠償。

5.材料按預(yù)算分析量對乙方實行限額領(lǐng)料，乙方應(yīng)合理用料、注意節(jié)約。如材料使用超出預(yù)算用量，則超出部分的費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。

6.負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場自身承包范圍內(nèi)的材料驗收及搬運(yùn)，負(fù)責(zé)自身承包范圍內(nèi)的現(xiàn)場衛(wèi)生清理及材料保護(hù)，工完場清，活完料清。

7.乙方必須按期交工，不得無故拖延工期，不能按時完工造成的損失由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。

1、門窗制作與安裝工期少于一個月的驗收合格后費(fèi)用一次性支付。

2、門窗制作與安裝工期大于一個月的按工作量分期支付。

1、乙方應(yīng)按本合同約定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織施工，確保施工質(zhì)量。施工完畢，乙方應(yīng)及時向甲方提交自檢報告，通知驗收;甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)及時對乙方施工成果組織有關(guān)部門進(jìn)行初檢驗收，驗收合格后再進(jìn)入下道工序施工作業(yè);驗收結(jié)果表明乙方施工結(jié)果不合格時，乙方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)無償修?？⒐を炇諘r，業(yè)主、監(jiān)理等相關(guān)方提出的工程質(zhì)量缺陷，乙方應(yīng)無償維修。

2、乙方應(yīng)配合甲方對其工作進(jìn)行的初步驗收及工程竣工驗收;甲方的工作必須乙方配合時，乙方應(yīng)按甲方的指令予以配合。

乙方負(fù)責(zé)人必須為從事危險作業(yè)的人員辦理意外傷害保險，并為施工場地內(nèi)自由人員生命財產(chǎn)和施工機(jī)械設(shè)備辦理保險，支付保險費(fèi)用。

1、如執(zhí)行本合同產(chǎn)生糾紛，雙方接受勞動仲裁部門調(diào)解。

2、發(fā)生爭議后，除非出現(xiàn)下列情況，雙方都應(yīng)繼續(xù)履行合同，保持工作連續(xù)，保護(hù)好已完工做成果。

2.1單方違約導(dǎo)致合同確已無法履行，雙方協(xié)議終止合同;

2.2調(diào)解要求停止合同工作，且為雙方接受;

2.3仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)要求停止合同工作;

2.4法院要求停止合同工作。

本合同一式兩份，甲方一份;乙方一份。
