民間過元宵節(jié)吃元宵的習俗。元宵由糯米制成，或實心，或帶餡。餡有豆沙、白糖、山楂、各類果料等，食用時煮、煎、蒸、炸皆可。起初，人們把這種食物叫“浮圓子”，后來又叫“湯團”或“湯圓”，這些名稱“團圓”字音相近，取團圓之意，象征全家人團團圓圓，和睦幸福，人們也以此懷念離別的親人，寄托了對未來生活的美好愿望。

大街上人山人海，熱鬧非凡。今年的花燈品種還真多，蜻蜓燈，花貓燈……特別是縣政府門口的雙龍戲珠燈，那龍像活的一樣，眼睛一閃一閃的，真神氣！小朋友手中都各自提著自己喜歡的花燈，一蹦一跳地，每個人的臉上都洋溢著節(jié)日的喜悅。
晚上，我做了一個好夢，夢見自已變成了一盞兔子燈，我身上的毛色可鮮艷了，黃毛中夾雜著些白毛。兩只圓圓的大紅眼睛不時地閃動著，真可愛！我手上還抱著一只大蘿卜。我被小朋友得意地提在手上，真神氣！
即將敲響新年的鐘聲，也就是10點左右，引人注目的煙花開始在天空中綻放了。全家人都圍在體育廣場四周，等待著煙花的到來。
“來了，來了！”我驚喜地說。他們都隨著我的手指望去。這景象如同百花齊放，五彩繽紛的顏色畫出一條又一條細長的“線”，不時還變換自己的模樣：有時像一個毛絨球，慢慢地變小，可當每一條“線”聚成一個“點”的時候，這“點”還會“開放”出一朵花兒，若隱若現的，總是留有一些神秘感；有時，這兩條“線”環(huán)繞在一起，一會兒變大，一會兒變小，它還會在適當的時候，變化成不同的顏色，像是一朵花剛剛“開放”了，沒過一會兒又“凋謝”，兩個桃心形的“圈”，總之會給你留下一個很深的印象；有時，這“線”會先聚集為“點”，然后又悄悄地變化成像地球一樣的模樣，又一直向我們襲來，像是要把我們吞食一樣，這種煙花讓人感到有一種恐懼感，但的還是給我們帶來了歡樂。我認為這第一種煙花可以簡略地稱之為“天花亂墜”，第二種則是“心心相印”，第三種就是“天花襲來”。
我們全家都在這“噼里啪啦”的吵鬧聲中入睡了。我在心里默默地想：xx年的第一個夢一定是一個甜甜的美夢。
